The Idaho Outfitters & Guides Association is very excited to bring our industry together again! Please join us Dec 12-14, 2023 at the Blue Cross of Idaho Conference Center for a engaging and informational conference and exhibitor fair, culminating in an evening of fun, fundraising, fine dining, live music and dancing at our THAW Dinner & Auction.


Your conference registration does not include hotel reservations.  

The IOGA has reserved room blocks with special room rates at 2 hotels in Idaho Falls. To reserve hotel room(s), please contact the Hotels listed below or follow the hyperlink provided. Room availability is limited.

• Fairfield Inn at (208) 552-7378- The IOGA special room rate starts at $109. Reservations must be made by November 27th to receive the special rate. Room availability is limited. Click here to book a room at the Fairfield Inn.

Please join IOGA for “The Thaw” on Thursday, December 14 at the Blue Cross of Idaho Conference Center in Idaho Falls (1690 Event Center Dr, Idaho Falls, ID 83402). The Thaw Dinner Gala & Fundraiser is IOGA's premier event, featuring live and silent auctions with the most sought-after outdoor trips in Idaho, live music, as well as the opportunity to mingle with fellow outdoor enthusiasts from across the state.

The Thaw is IOGA’s primary fundraiser of the year and it supports the work we do as an association all year long. All proceeds from the Thaw support IOGA’s work in advocating for outfitters and guides and working for the conservation and enhancement of quality outdoor experiences with Idaho’s land, water, and wildlife. 

Registration is open and table and corporate sponsorships are available. Please join us for a fun night with good music, great gear, and once-in-a-lifetime trips for auction!
